Collage Culinary Experience is one of the food courts & halls listed in Costa Mesa, California. The business is registered at 3333 Bristol St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
These businesses tend to have short hours built around lunch and early dinner rather than late-night service, so checking the listed hours before heading out in Costa Mesa saves a wasted trip. Seating is often limited or first-come, and many locations lean toward takeout or delivery rather than dining in. Prices are generally lower than full-service restaurants in the same category, which makes this group a reliable option for a fast, inexpensive meal across California. Portions can be smaller at food-court counters than at a stand-alone restaurant, so ordering two items is common for a full meal. Many of these businesses are independently owned even inside a shared food hall, so hours, accepted payment methods and whether a counter takes online orders can differ from stall to stall within the same building.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Collage Culinary Experience at (949) 393-5757; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is collageexperience.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 137 reviews, which is a strong result for a food court in Costa Mesa and suggests consistent service.
Costa Mesa is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Costa Mesa is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Variety of international influences…. Gluten Free items (limited), Vegan dishes limited, fresh ingredients (most likely), folks flocked to individual specialty food spots on Saturday & Sunday! If handicapped beware……. Steps, elevators, crowds & elbow room a bit daunting.

I love the variety of options here. PhoHolic delivers consistently good pho and Cha Redefine has an amazing selection of drinks. The fact that it’s at the edge of the mall makes it’s convenient to visit when I just want to grab a bite to eat.

Paradise Dynasty & Bruxie are the first things you see when you walk in from the parking lot. Take the escalator down for Cha Redefine, Mian, Mochidonuts, ramen, and many other options. I love the variety of unique food choices that you wouldn’t normally find in a mall food court. The atmosphere is always great and the place is very clean, even when it's busy! I love coming here, and I always have a great experience.

Collage provides not only a high quality but a visually appealing space for a wide selection of dining options. You really can't go wrong with any of the food options, and it's convenient that everything is close together in one area. In fact, it makes for a great meeting place for friends or gatherings!
